Selling your Tucson home
Know your number, prepare what actually pays back, and see exactly how Morgan will present and sell your home, before you decide anything.
Is this you?
Who this path is for
- You own a home in Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana or the Foothills and are thinking about selling in the next year.
- You want a real price opinion from a person, not an automated estimate.
- You want to know what to fix, what to leave alone, and what the process looks like before you commit.
Step by step
What happens in each step
- Step 1
Home value
Your address, your timing and your home’s condition. Morgan uses this to prepare a written price opinion from recent nearby sales, your home’s condition and its best features.
How this step works → - Step 2
Seller prep
A ten-item Tucson checklist: A/C service, roof coating and stucco, pool, paint, landscaping and lighting, decluttering, repairs, cleaning, photography and paperwork. Tick off what’s done; your progress is saved on your device and included in your plan.
How this step works → - Step 3
How Morgan sells it
Her six-step plan, start to finish: price from the data, prepare, present, reach, negotiate, close and move, with her numbers and a client review.
How this step works → - Step 4
Your plan
A recap of everything you entered, your timing, and what you get. One tap sends it to Morgan, and you can pick a time to talk.
At the end
What you get
Morgan’s price opinion on your home, in writing
Your prep list: what pays back and what to skip
Her marketing plan for your home and a listing date
After you send it
What happens next
- Within a day
Morgan reviews your plan
Every answer arrives on her phone. She reads it before she reaches out, so the first conversation is about your move, not a list of questions.
- At the time you chose
A real conversation
By phone, video or in person, at the day and time of day you picked. Morgan confirms the time personally.
- Your private plan page
Your plan, with her name on it
A private page with your details and next steps. Open it again any time, download it as a PDF, or call and text Morgan from it.
Questions
Good to know
Is the home value an automated estimate?+
No. The path collects your address, timing and condition. Morgan reviews recent nearby sales herself and sends you a price opinion. It is not an appraisal.
Do I have to sign anything to get my plan?+
No. The plan is free and there is no obligation. You only share your name and email at the last step, after you have seen everything.
What if I am not sure about my timing?+
Choose “Just exploring.” Many sellers start a year or more ahead, which is the best time to plan repairs and prep.
Can I stop halfway?+
Yes. Close it and come back during the same visit, and the card will say “Continue where you left off.”
