The market

Fewer moves. One agent. No second chances.

You've felt every one of these. Here's what the numbers say.

8 of 10 called one agent2 of 10 shopped around
80%

of sellers contacted only one agent.

And 74% of buyers interviewed only one. If you're not the first agent they reach, you're usually not considered at all.

Fewer first-time buyers means more of your business comes from repeat clients and referrals, and they look you up before they call.

Prices are before Arizona sales tax where it applies. Your domain name and any fee your MLS board charges for a listing feed are paid by you, at cost.

Six looks · 30 tools

Build yours and watch it change.

Pick a look, your colors, your paths and your tools. Your preview updates as you go, with your name on every page.

Your CRM and listing search

Keep what works. We plug into it.

You don't start over. Your contacts, your CRM and your listing search stay yours. Your new site becomes the front door that feeds them.

Listing search

You already pay for it

Real Geeks, kvCORE, iHomefinder or a search through your MLS. We connect that same search to your new site, so nothing changes for your buyers. Every package.

You don't have it yet

We provide one, built into your site. It's included in Signature and Market Leader, and $100 a month on Essential. Your broker signs off with your MLS, and that paperwork usually takes one to three weeks. Any fee your MLS board charges for the feed is yours, at cost.

You don't want it

Your browse-homes button points to the search you use today. Your site sells you, not other agents' listings.

Your CRM

We don't replace your CRM. We feed it.

  • Every lead goes into the CRM you already use, with the visitor's whole plan attached.
  • Follow Up Boss, kvCORE and BoldTrail, Lofty, Real Geeks, or your brokerage's CRM. Almost every CRM accepts leads by email, and where yours has a direct connection, we use it.
  • Your phone still gets the alert and the plan the second it arrives.
  • Your existing contacts stay right where they are. Nothing to move.

We confirm the exact connection for your CRM before you sign.

Switching without the headache

On a contract? Real Geeks and some others run 12-month terms. We time your launch to your renewal date. Domain held by someone else? If your web address is registered by your current provider or your brokerage, we walk you through moving it into your own name first. Either way, your old site stays up until your new one goes live.

Our team building an agent's website by hand
Who builds it

You talk to the people who build it.

I've spent more than 20 years in commission-only sales, including radio advertising at iHeart Radio, and I've owned and run businesses for about ten years. I know what it means when a lead goes quiet.

We work with established agents, and my team and I build every site by hand around your market and your business. Not a call center, not a template shop.

Every build runs the same way: you see a private preview first, we spend 15 minutes walking you through it, then we build each page with you and you approve it on your phone before anything goes live.

Questions agents ask

Straight answers.

What does it cost?

Three packages: Essential is $3,900 to build plus $249 a month, Signature is $7,500 plus $449 a month, and Market Leader is $12,500 plus $649 a month. Half to start, half at launch. See what each one includes. You see your own site before you pay anything.

Why not a $300-a-month website?

Those give you a template and a contact form. This is your brand, guided plans, an inbox on your phone and leads that arrive with a plan behind them.

Will this get me more leads?

It turns the people who already look you up, from past clients and referrals to people reading your reviews, into real plans. Search traffic grows from your area and tool pages. We won't promise a number, and every month we show you what came in and from where.

I already have a website through my brokerage.

Keep it if you like. This one is on your own domain and does what a brokerage template can't: guided plans, phone alerts and a plan page with your name on it.

Does it include listing search?

Yes. If you already pay for a listing search, we connect it to your new site, on every package. If you don't have one, we provide one: it's included in Signature and Market Leader, and $100 a month on Essential. It's set up through your MLS once your broker signs off. Any fee your MLS board charges for the feed is yours, at cost.

Will it work with my CRM?

Yes. Keep the CRM you have. Every lead goes into it with the visitor's whole plan, and your phone still gets the alert. Almost every CRM accepts leads by email, and where yours has a direct connection, we use it. We confirm the exact setup for your CRM before you sign.

I'm on a contract with my current website. Can I still switch?

Yes. We time your launch to your renewal date, and your old site stays up until the new one goes live. If your web address is registered by your current provider or brokerage, we walk you through moving it into your own name first.

How long does it take?

About 14 days for Essential and Signature, and about 21 days for Market Leader, counted from the day we have your photos, logos and logins. If you're on a contract with your current website, we time the launch to your renewal date.

What do you need from me?

Photos of you and your best listings, your logo and your brokerage's logo, your bio (or 5 minutes on the phone and we'll write it), your reviews link, the homes you've sold as you want them shown, who holds your domain, and your CRM's lead email. Then a 30-minute kickoff call, and a few minutes to review pages on your phone as we build. That's it.

Do my clients get automated texts?

No. Your reply is written for you, and you send it from your own phone.
