How we text, how often, and how to stop.

Who texts you

Texts come from Darkhorse Traders LLC, doing business as The Agent They Call. A real person on our team sends every text. We never use an automated texting system.

What we text about

We only text people who agreed to it. We text about the website grade or side-by-side you asked for, scheduling and confirming your walkthrough, answers to your questions, and our website services.

How often

It varies. It's usually just a few messages while we're working with you, and we won't text you more than a few times a week.

Stop and help

Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you. We'll send one message confirming it. Reply HELP, or call 520-261-9849, for help. You can also use our opt-out page.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Agreeing is optional

You don't need to agree to texts to buy anything from us. If you don't agree, we'll reach you by email or phone call when you've asked us to.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Our privacy policy has the details.
