Works with your CRM

Keep your CRM. We feed it.

BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, Lofty or your brokerage's CRM: nothing to migrate, nothing to cancel. Here's exactly how your leads get there.

The handoff

Every lead, in two places.

BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss or Lofty runs your database and your follow-up. Your website's job comes first: winning the client. We build that part, and every lead goes into the system you already use.

How each CRM takes your leads

Follow Up Boss gets a direct connection. Most other CRMs bring in outside leads through a lead email address or their own connection, and we use whichever yours offers. Product names belong to their owners; we're not affiliated with them.

CRM cleanup

Before your new site starts feeding your CRM, we clean it: duplicates merged, phones and emails fixed, and the past clients you've gone quiet on flagged. You get a Database Health Report with your real numbers and a clean file back to import. You approve every merge, and we never keep your contacts.

Keep your platform for what it does well: your database, drips and back office. Let your website do the one job it's for.

Listing search: three ways it works
You already pay for it

Real Geeks, kvCORE, iHomefinder or a search through your MLS. We connect that same search to your new site, so nothing changes for your buyers. Every package.

You don't have it yet

We provide one, built into your site. It's included in Signature and Market Leader, and $100 a month on Essential. Your broker signs off with your MLS, and that paperwork usually takes one to three weeks. Any fee your MLS board charges for the feed is yours, at cost.

You don't want it

Your browse-homes button points to the search you use today. Your site sells you, not other agents' listings.

Switching without the headache
On a contract?

Real Geeks and some others run 12-month terms. Keep the CRM; we time your new website to your renewal date.

Domain held by someone else?

If your web address is registered by your current provider or your brokerage, we walk you through moving it into your own name first.

That's the whole system. Here's what it costs.

Questions agents ask

Straight answers.

Will it work with my CRM?

Yes. Keep the CRM you have. Every lead goes into it tagged, with the visitor's whole plan as a note, and your phone still gets the alert. Follow Up Boss gets a direct connection; most other CRMs take outside leads by a lead email address or their own connection. We confirm the exact setup before you sign, and send a test lead before launch so you see it land.

Should I leave BoldTrail (or Lofty, or Real Geeks)?

No need. Keep it for your database, follow-up and back office. We replace the part that faces your clients: the website that wins the lead in the first place. If your platform's website is on a contract, we time your launch to the renewal.

What if I'm on a contract with my current website provider?

You switch on your schedule. We time your launch to your renewal date, and your old site stays up until the day the new one goes live, so you're never offline. If your provider or brokerage holds your web address, we move it into your own name first.

Does it include listing search?

Yes. If you already pay for a listing search, we connect it to your new site, on every package. If you don't have one, we provide one: it's included in Signature and Market Leader, and $100 a month on Essential. It's set up through your MLS once your broker signs off. Any fee your MLS board charges for the feed is yours, at cost.
