What does it cost?

Three packages: Essential is $3,900 to build plus $249 a month, Signature is $7,500 plus $449 a month, and Market Leader is $12,500 plus $649 a month. How long until my site is live?

About 14 days for Essential and Signature, about 21 for Market Leader, counted from the day we have your photos, logos and logins. Your preview already exists before you sign, so the build starts from something you've seen.

What do you need from me?

Less than you think. Photos of you and your best listings, your logo and your brokerage's logo, your bio (or 5 minutes on the phone and we'll write it), your reviews link, the homes you've sold as you want them shown, who holds your domain, and your CRM's lead email. Then a 30-minute kickoff call, and a few minutes to review pages on your phone as we build. That's it.

Do I own the site and my data?

Your information is yours: every lead and contact, your domain, your photos and your words. If you ever leave, we export every lead and contact to you and help move your domain into your name. The design, tools and code we built stay with us.

Does it include listing search?

Yes. If you already pay for a listing search, we connect it to your new site, on every package. If you don't have one, we provide one: it's included in Signature and Market Leader, and $100 a month on Essential. It's set up through your MLS once your broker signs off. Any fee your MLS board charges for the feed is yours, at cost.

What if I'm on a contract with my current website provider?

You switch on your schedule. We time your launch to your renewal date, and your old site stays up until the day the new one goes live, so you're never offline. If your provider or brokerage holds your web address, we move it into your own name first.
